Linguine with Bechamel Sauce

Actually i'm a big fan of carbonara and white sauce. So, i prefer ordered or cooked spaghetti carbonara rather than bolognese when we eat outside. Actually you can make your own white sauce without using prego or other instant sauce, and of course your own sauce is much more healthier and baby-friendly (yeay boleh yusuf makan skali, takperlulah ibu masak dua sos dah utk yusuf 😊) 

Bechamel sauce (originated from French) or white sauce is actually the combination of butter, flour and milk. Add a little bit cheese, blackpepper, mixed herbs, and salt and you're ready to serve creamy bechamel sauce. Let's cook! You can read more about it here: Sauces made from Bechamel 

Linguine with Bechamel Sauce Anisa

Bahan-Bahan:
1/3 paket linguine -direbus 
3 ulas bawang putih -cincang
1/2 labu bawang hollad -potong dadu
1 mangkuk kecil isi ayam (guna hirisan sosej pon boleh)
Sayur (brocolli and carrot)
1/2 kotak susu segar
2 sudu besar butter
2 sudu besar tepung gandum
2 keping cheese (guna parmesan pon boleh)
1 sudu kecil mixed herbs
1 sudu kecil blackpepper
1 sudu kecil whitepepper
1 sudu kecil garam

Cara-Cara:
1) Tumis bawang putih dan bawang holland sehingga harum.
2) Masukkan isi ayam dan sayur, kacau sehingga semua masak dan letak sedikit garam. Siap dan ketepikan.
3) Dalam periuk lain, cairkan butter dan kacau sehingga sedikit berbuih.
4) Masukkan tepung gandum dan kacau lg sehingga bergumpal.
5) Masukkan susu sedikit demi sedikit sehingga adunan cair memekat dan sebati. 
4) Masukkan cheese, blackpepper, whitepepper, dan mixed herbs. 
5) Masukkan campuran isi ayam dan sayur yg tlh ditumis td dan kacau sehingga sebati.
6) Akhir sekali masukkan linguine yg tlh direbus dan sedikit garam. Pastikan sos menyaluti semua linguine dan Siap!
